Le Berliner Kebab respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Via browsing: no personal data is collected automatically. See our cookie policy for the technical detail.
Via your calls or emails: only the information you provide voluntarily.
Answering your requests via the contact form — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest (articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
Keeping the site working — legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f). Concerns only strictly necessary cookies.
Anonymised audience measurement (if enabled in future) — legal basis: consent (article 6.1.a). None is currently in place.
Data collected via the contact form is accessible only to authorised restaurant staff.
Our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (United States) technically stores site requests. No commercial transfer to third parties is made.
No personal data is sold, rented, transferred or exchanged with anyone.
Our host Vercel is based in the United States. Data transfers are framed:
— by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission;
— and by Vercel's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of July 2023).
Contact form: 12 months after the last exchange. After that, the data is deleted.
Consent cookie: 13 months maximum (CNIL recommendation).
Technical hosting logs: 12 months maximum, for security purposes.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
— Right of access to your personal data;
— Right to rectification if inaccurate;
— Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
— Right to restriction of processing;
— Right to object to processing;
— Right to portability of your data;
— Right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at rgpd@berlin-kebab.fr stating the nature of your request. A copy of ID may be requested if there is doubt about your identity. We undertake to reply within 30 days.
